  1. Your Right to Cancel (Law 31.08)

In accordance with Article 36 & 37 of Moroccan Law 31.08:

  • You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.
  • If you exercise your right to cancel, you will be refunded in full within 7 days of product return.
  1. Conditions for a Valid Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 7 days
  • It must be in its original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition
  • The return request must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Opened or used items (especially perfumes and beauty products)
  • Products not returned in their original condition
  • Items with hygiene seals broken
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Exchanges are offered for the same item, or similar item of equal value, if available

  • Refunds are issued using the original payment method (usually cash-on-delivery return)
  • No extra fees will be applied unless agreed in advance

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
